Does it work well, to cut down on wind noise/baffling when the T’s are off? Does it work with a besttop soft top?

that’s what I’m looking at getting it for. Idk if it would work or not, but I have that stupid rampage top and wind tends to get under it and push it up a few inches. I’m hoping something like this would fix the issue.
