Hey guys, anyone get the LED failure? The LED light functions normally, but blinks fast and I have an error on the dash. Assuming the wiring Relay is bad. Anyone know if repairable? does Rugged Ridge sell the LEDs separately from the chop kit?

It may be as simple as adding a resistor on each side. Were the lights LED before swapping?

I installed Combat Offroad Tailgunner taillights and fought this same type of issue. Mine came from the factory with the LED package, but it still hyperflashed with the replacement LED tail lights. I have a JScan Tazer Mini and ended up setting the Tazer to "no LED tail lights", rebooted, started the vehicle, got the hyperflash on both lights, shut off vehicle, set the Tazer to "LED lights", rebooted, started the vehicle, and it has been good ever since. The Combat Offroad LED taillights came with resistors.....they hyperflashed when I first installed so I removed the resistors before going down the Tazer route. Currently, no resistors, Tazer set to "LED", no hyperflash.

Interesting. I thought there is an issue with the right light, since left did not throw the error. assumed it was the relay. will tear it apart again and check. thank you
