Rugged Ridge Ventor with OEM LED fog lights

The Rugged Ridge Ventor fog light cutouts are not compatible with OE LED fog lights, as confirmed by other posts.
RR doesn't have any available brackets or adapters.

Does anyone know of a work around?

I'm not skilled to make my own brackets.
