Is this a good lift kit? I only want it if I DONT need to replace my drive shafts. For $2000, that's an amazing price for a full kit.

What's a mono shock?

Thank you.

We have had a Mopar 2” lift on my wife’s JLU for about a year and half now and was shown by my mechanic that we will need a new front driveshaft soon.
I’m guessing it must be from disconnecting the sway bar when wheeling, which lets the front axle drop more.
I would say if your doing any lift and doing sway bar disconnects your probably going to need a longer driveshaft. If your doing any serious wheeling the disconnects are worth it.

Many moons ago I use to build shocks from scratch for a living. You may get some info from reading the below link I wrote ~14 years ago.
Heck of a write up still holding up with time. Oh a blast of the past, YJ's and XJ's or being still sold at reasonable prices or new Jeep in general . :like:

I've read good things on this kit - it is suggested to get drive shafts and front swaybar disconnects if your serious about wheeling. Eibach makes their springs IIRC - one thing I am not sure of is the quality of their control arms and if it comes with brake line extensions or not - it may not be 100% complete (hence the cheaper price). I am personally leaning towards an Evo 4.5" kit as an upgrade from my current 2" kit.
