Searching for a good low profile bed rack to work with my tonneau cover that has t slots for under a grand

I know Billie bars but they are over a grand for there bars that work with t slot covers. I was looking at their 11 inch high set. Want to try to be no higher than 12 inches high. Any other choices out there that are more in the $6 to $700 range? Will be mounting a tent and awning.
