Picked up a Facebook find steel bumper.
Confirming, each of those (properly sized- they drilled 2 for light mounts :( ) holes gets a torn screw?

Some have speed nuts and some have a nut, does anyone have that part number for the nut?

Going to embark on swapping the tow hooks for a spare set of orange ones I got long ago.

For the most part, count empty holes.
I went to Amazon and ordered stainless steel clip nuts.
Almost every hole save for a couple get clip nuts. That's so it can be assembled without having to reach inside the thing to try to position and hold a hex nut.
The hardware from MOPAR is outrageously expensive.
Most can't do this easily but I used screws that matched originals from Lowe's or Menards, took them home and plated them in black zinc to handle the weather. Most will be black oxide which won't survive a single Iowa winter's worth of salts.

Almost all of the bolts and clip nuts are M8 metric. I figured to buy new from MOPAR would be over 50 bucks or so.
So stainless steel M8 clip nuts from Amazon, screws from Menards, etc.
Some call the clip nuts "u-nuts".
There are some parts of the bumper that require longer reach clip nuts so you may have to shop around or wing it.

Mine was the Chinese copy version so the hardware supplied was cheap, poorly finished, and they used all hex nuts and no clip nuts and that was a royal pain so I switched most over to the clip nuts like MOPAR uses.

Mine came with thick black plastic washers under the screw heads to protect the bumper finish - not sure if the real MOPAR bumper uses plastic or steel washers.
