Curious if anyone sold a Polaris-Can Am ect.. since they got a Gladiator? I'm looking at purchasing a SxS but afraid I might be ditching it with in a year. Anyone else have same thought or bought one and love both of em. Or I could put the money towards paying the jeep off but rates are low so there's that. Just looking for thoughts, appreciate it.

I started wheeling in Jeeps a long time ago, then switched to SxS's solely for awhile and now I have both. Each has its pros/cons, one is more fun for certain things and the other more fun for different things. That being said, I would give up the RZR before I would the Jeep.

Actually I sold my RZR to buy my first my a JK in 2015. There are times I miss the side by side so I bought a mule to use on my property and will take off road a bit but really like doors, windows, heater, and AC.

Apples and oranges to me. I can be much 'crazier' with my SxS (RZR RS1), as fewer worries about body damage, it is not my ride home, less to break/damage, etc. I was just out in the desert with my friend that has a 4 seat Can-Am Max so in effect the same size as Gladiator (135" WB for the Can-Am, 137" for the JT) and still two different 'experiences'. Where his Can-Am could hit 60+ mph, my JT was limited to about 35-40 (it is hard to compete with 27" of travel), but when it was cold at night, the JT was the vehicle of choice. Get both, peanut butter & jelly, they go well together.

Those 4 seat Can-Ams are looooong. We always joke about them being backwoods limos here in KY. Like you said, if you can afford both, SxS and Jeep go together great.

I have both, but I'm able to use/ride the SxS (Honda Pioneer 500) on and near my camping property. If I had to transport a SxS to enjoy it, then I doubt I'd own one, personally. The JT and our boat take up most of the time involved for that.

I love my small SxS for both work and play. It excels on tight trails, and I can scratch it and scrape it (full skids) to my heart's content without concern. Can't do that to my JT; but I have begun to wheel it lately (DBBB and KAT).

If you can utilize the SxS to justify the cost, then owning both is great! (as mentioned)

I’ve had both. My RZR Turbo and Turbo X3 are more fun than a Jeep. Hands down. More fun. But I can turn the AC or heat on and not get so dusty and drive it to work . The both have their places. SxS are getting way too expensive and transporting them can become a pain, but if you can afford both, do it.

You are spot on there.
2022 Can-am Maverick X3 Max X RS Turbo RR w/SS (dang, that is a mouthful) = MSPR $34,099
2022 Jeep Gladiator Sport = MSRP $36,380

I have both. The SxS (2016 Wolverine R-Spec) can still get to places that the Gladiator can't. Plus it can move along the same trails a little bit faster with a little less worry about breaking something.
