Alohas, I have been noticing a lot of clicking coming from what I think are the coils shifting. I live on really rough mountain road and don’t want to damage anything but is this common with skyjacker? The company who did the 6” lift only told me that they had no problems before it left the shop and it’s up to my driving. C’mon it’s a $50k brand new Jeep. Any input?

First I would check sway bar end links, they are notorious for being loose even when they seem tight. Then I would look at control arm bolts and shock bolts. Also make sure your wheels are torqued properly.

Spring shifting would be way down my list

Could it be the bump stops getting caught on the springs ? Check for scuffing on the bump stops

When I had my 3.5" lift Installed I had to take it back a week later. Front control arm was loose.

Here we go...

- After getting the lift installed and driving 500 miles, did you re-torque all the control arms/sway bar links/track bar/anything new that was installed?

- What exactly came with the lift? Did you replace your driveshaft?

- When does the clicking occur?

- Is it coming from the suspension or is it from the wheel? Could be a joint on the wheel if you have 40's (kind of looks like you have 40's but idk?)

- Are the springs bowed/is there any wear on the springs or bump stops?

The amount of possibilities is tremendous and you need to give more info before anyone can help you. You gotta narrow it down yourself before anything else.

Yep! With a 6” lift, there is going to be a needed supporting cast and crew of other parts to keep the geometry ship shape
