So I had to sell my 2020 Rubicon back in august, medical bills from my back surgery , wifes income was nonexistent thanks to the pandemic and it was the right thing to do at the time. I regretted it from the moment it drove away. It gave me time to catch up and get back on track. A rubicon was out of budget so I knew the next best thing would be a Willy’s. I’m extremely excited I just picked her up today. 2021 Granite Crystal Willy’s. Plans for her…im not sure. My Rubicon was pretty modded. Im Thinking Mopar lift and 35s and that’s it but we will see. Just thrilled to be back. First thing is going to be spray in bed liner.

It’s funny you bumped this thread brother.

so….back in June I came home from a shift at the fire station to be told by my wife that she wanted a divorce. After back and forth all summer trying to save it, she forced the sale of our house in September. Unfortunately this put me in a position to potentially buy or rent something for myself and daughter on my own. I was forced to sell my Willys to afford the cost of living increase getting in to a new mortgage at current rates, or the outrageous cost of a rental.

it absolutely killed me to sell the gladiator but it was either that or sell my terminator cobra and Comanche, both of which are irreplaceable.

I bought a piece of shit Nissan frontier in cash and drove that from September till literally YESTERDAY. Finally got myself in a stable position to get back in to a gladiator. 3rd time is a charm right.

Got a left over 2023 Willys in zenith silver. I’m so happy, it’s got the 8.4 alpine system and proximity locks.

now to find some LED headlights and taillights.
