I hope so too. I don’t have much faith that the dealer will find anything to fix. It’s driving me nuts, lol. I had a 21 Rubicon before this one and never had the issue. It’s ironic that the experience components that make it a Mojave causes these types of noises. It sounds like an old beater...
I have a 2024 Mojave X and have had several issues with creaking type noises from the suspension. It’s even worse in the rain or if it gets wet. Last year they replaced all 4 shocks and that seemed to help for awhile but it’s came back now and not sure what’s causing it. Dealership says they’re...
Has anyone tried this safari style top? I was about to get the Bestop safari version for my JT but came across this one. All I could find on here was someone installed the JL version on their JT. Same material and the install is easier and $100 cheaper so looking for some feedback if anyone has...
Thank you for the clarification. I definitely understand not wanting a bunch of water in there. I think I’m going to give it a try and throw the hard top back on when I can and see chances are good for rain.
I would assume Jeep made it all to withstand a little weather. I’m not worried about the BT speaker. Got worried about these wire harnesses being talked about in previous posts.
I guess what the previous posts have me worried about is the electronic harnesses that live back there and the sub. How likely is it that these harnesses see a rain shower a couple times a year and fail? Seems like gloom and doom from some previous posts on here.
Sounds like leaving the hard top on year round would be the most convienent option. I’d hate to take it on and off every 2-3 days so behind the rear seat doesn’t get wet and make the truck inoperable.
I don’t have armorlite, I still have the carpet and not excited to remove it if it gets wet. Plus most of the posts talk about the electronics back there and better not let them get wet at all or the truck won’t start, etc.
What’s y’all’s opinion on if you attempt to put the hardtop back on in most cases of a chance of rain but get the unlucky downpour every once in awhile? Are the interiors of these optional top vehicles that fragile? I have the Bluetooth speaker, the alpine sub and those harnesses behind the rear...
I was a little worried before I saw it in person but I love it now. It’s not overly green, looks gray to me most of the time unless the light hits it just right. Mine is actually anvil, they did away with the Sting Gray.
