California SOLD: Patriot Camper X1 Trailer, great condition, special price

Since we are leaving for a longer trip towards the end of the month and could use the funds, here's a special offer:

This is about 20% less than we were originally asking and others are advertised for. I hope it's a fair offer, we really like to sell it before we leave for our trip.

Patriot Camper X1

Like new 2022 Patriot Camper X1 camping trailer. Registered in California, title in hand.

The trailer has been used a few times, but not many nights. Condition is extremely good, the canvas/mattress etc. are like new. The trailer has a dry weight of ~2100lbs, so even a small towing vehicle will have no issues. Max weight is 3500lbs, tongue weight 265lbs. Comes with off-road hitch, needs 7 pin connector.

Note that there are no photos here with the awning opened, please refer to the manufacturers website for that. We don't have enough space in the driveway to open both tent and awning at the same time.

Regarding Delivery:

If you need me to deliver it to you, I'm willing to do that at a reasonable distance from the San Jose, CA, area (lets say 850 miles or less) at no added cost but with a non-refundable downpayment that reflects the distance and will be fully accounted for in the sale price.
