Sporatic brake pedal "grinding"

This has been a ongoing issue with my brake pedal feel. Brakes seem to still work fine but the pedal doesn't always feel smooth.

I think I narrowed it down when I'm going slow like in a parking lot or neighborhood... But when I apply the brake the brake pedal seems to lose a little pressure and falls further than it should and I hear and feel a grinding noise in the pedal. I checked and brakes pads rotors, brake lines but everything seems fine. Again doesn't happen everytime I use the brakes and usually seems to be when I'm going slow.

Any ideas?

I assume "spiratic" = sporadic. You may need to bleed your brake lines or have the master cylinder checked out.

Ya, kinda had a feeling it could be either do those... Seems like a trip to dealership
