Stock rubi rims w/ stock mud terrain tires tires fit on overland without rubbing?

I'll be taking delivery of an overland soon and want to upgrade to the stock rims/tires from the Rubicon model. I'm assuming that the fit of the slightly larger tires won't be an issue. I talked to the parts guy at the dealership and he wasn't quite sure - so I figured I'd go to the experts

I believe your safe with “stock” and not need a lift from what I’ve been reading.
Someone else will chime in soon with more info.

I'M not sure about the "clearance " issues but the fender flares on the Overland sit about an inch lower than the ones on the Rubi. Just food for thought.
