Hey bro, down below is the link to the product website. I do not believe it matters on lift other then making sure your shocks don’t fully compress prior to hitting the bump stops. No shock performance changes. I realized I do not run enough weight for these so when I did hit the bump stops I was t heavy enough to make it soft as intended. I swapped out with a softer sumo spring to better match my weight and am very happy with them.
