Superlift 2.5"

I will be installing a Smittybilt Stryker front bumper with 9500lb winch. This is going on a Sport model. How much front end sag will this give me? Also I want the Jeep leveled so should I go with a 1.5" or the 2.5" for leveling it?

I installed this setup on a Rubicon, the front sag was 1/4 inch.
Before install I had my wife sit on the stock front bumper and it only went down about 1/4 inch, she weighs 98lbs.
The bumper and winch shown weigh 119lbs. and I figure the stock bumper weighed 15lbs
