We've officially launched the ORACLE Outlet on our website! Over the years, we've accumulated products that are still perfectly functional but can't be sold as "new." Instead of letting them sit on a shelf, we've created a dedicated Outlet where you can pick up genuine ORACLE Lighting products at substantial savings.

So what kind of products end up in the Outlet?
You'll find inventory such as:

• Open-box customer returns
• Trade show and demo products
• Previously installed items
• Products with cosmetic blemishes or scratches
• Discontinued inventory
• Warehouse clearance items
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging

The important part is this: Every product is inspected and tested before it's listed.
If a product has a functional issue, whether that's LEDs that don't work, electrical problems, water intrusion, or anything that affects performance, it doesn't make it into the Outlet.

A few things to know
Because these products are sold at significant discounts:

• Outlet items are not covered by our standard ORACLE warranty
• They are protected against Dead on Arrival (DOA) and shipping damage if reported within 14 days of delivery
• All Outlet sales are final
• Most products are available in very limited quantities, and many are one-offs
• Additional promo codes and discounts cannot be applied
