You must have the 8.4-inch display.
I don't have anything labeled, "Themes," on my 7-inch display.
The manual (you have one of those, right?) says it's to change the display theme.
So I'd imagine it'll change colors, layout, and fonts of the Uconnect screen.

Go into settings on your 8.4“ display. The themes are just different shapes and color for the icons. Go through all of them and choose what you like best. When I got the truck I went through every single app, setting and button to learn what I have and how I want it. You can’t really mess anything up...tap away.
