So I changed my tires for slightly taller and wider tires (kept original rims). For at least 10 months I had no tire pressure monitor warning on my dash. Now I do. I've reduced PSI down to 34 and it's still there! Any ideas?

I receive no warning messages, it's just the orange indicator light.
Thanks in advance.

Start with looking at the driver door jamb sticker that lists what the tire pressure recomendation is. This may have changed in practical terms because of the new tires you are running, but it will tell you what the TPMS is expecting to read. I believe a warning light is thrown when the pressure is too far out of range. So match the pressure in your tires to what is listed on the sticker as a first step.

Once that is done, you may have to drive it through a couple of cycles to reset the system. If that doesn't clear it, I believe most tire shops have a scan tool they use to check and see if you have a faulty sensor. That could also very well be your issue if you are running the correct pressure.
