With that little bit of sidewall I would think your gonna have to keep them pretty close to 38-40 PSI to keep from damaging the wheels on any potholes or other unforeseen obstacles.

Google the chalk test because yeah... small sidewalls typically need more air and unless someone is running a very similar setup, everyone has a different air pressure need.

Either that or start around stock pressure and measure your tread depths every 2k or so and adjust. You should be seeing even wear dead center along the tread and about the center of the outer tread blocks.
