There's a whole other thread on how one should NEVER base anything at all on "internet price". Never go by that. It's not what you'll pay.
Check the other thread "dealerships can be so sneaky"

Internet prices get your attention - but it won't be your price.

I bought mine from the Tomball dealership 2 months ago. At the time, the only online incentive was like $1000 off MSRP. They will want to charge you like $800 for some APEX security device. Bring your own financing, and tell them to take it off. That was the only add on they tried with me.
I mentioned working with another dealer on getting one ordered. They did bring the price down to about 12% below MSRP. It took some haggling to get there, but in my opinion, it was a good deal for this market.

When we got our jeep from Autonation, we had our own financing so there was no reason to run our credit. Just a cash sale transaction, everything else would be with the credit Union. Well right when everything was signed and we were leaving I start getting all kinds of notifications that my credit is being ran. 5 different banks in total and the finance manager is the one that did it. Autonation has very shady people working for them.
They did that to me also. I had all financing in place already and told them I had no interest in their financing. Lets just get the deal done and move on. Found out later they ran my credit also.
