Better Built makes one. That's what I'm going to be putting in mine. It's a standard truck (over-the-rail) style low-profile tool box, but it's really short from front to back, and is only about 13" front to rear, so it won't take up your whole bed space.

I recently replace my old traditional toolbox with Eclipse /Pro’sKit Tool Box. I go for them because i want affordable one. The storage features are simple to use and it is installed with removable trays. The only prob i face is that Some compartments are not suitabz to store small tools. But you can also go for other toolboxes which meet your requirement.
Just ensure that you read about guide for choosing tool storage system in which many aspects are covered.
