So I just did my first 5 tire rotation. put some new tires on a few months ago. went ahead and got five.

had Discount Tire install new Method rims today (on all 5) and found out I didn't have sensor in the spare. ?.

so, if I understand it correctly I need to go and purchase another Mopar TPMS sensor and have them put one in the spare. on the next tire rotation (all 5 tires), that spare with automatically read on the correct tire and the new spare will not show up.

if I am correct in that assumption, this is the first modern vehicle I have owned that won't show if the spare should it get low in air pressure.

Yes. Just purchase and install a tpms sensor in the 5th tire and upon driving it will pick up the 4 tires that are rotating.

That’s what this post is all about. My spare did not have a sensor in it so I needed ONE. On my wife’s wrangler It has five matching tires and wheels and the spare does have a sensor.
