So.... no word from the dealer all morning so I started dialing. Finally got someone live and was told a new TC is on order. The TC won't be here until the middle of Nov so I brought it home until then.
I'm not 100% confident on the repair notes here, but for the rear (which is still making the noise when I brought it home) the notes said the drive shaft bolts were loose. They tightened them up and ordered new ones for the new TC.
For the front noise (which I think is axle-related) they ordered the new TC.
I think the TC is actually making the rear-ish noise... but, I'll let them do their thing and we'll see how it turns out.

UPDATE: I had the transfer case and driveshaft mounting flange bolts replaced yesterday.
I am happy to report, the noise is GONE!!!

I was actually just thinking about this today as I noisily back into the driveway.

Ok, so an Update to the Update - Yes, it's been almost 2 years and I frankly forgot about this thread, although I have posted about this in a different one (too many posts!). The final fix for my noise was to replace the bolts/washers for the transfer case skid and cross-mount bracket. Apparently, when they replaced the TC (above) they re-torqued these bolts so the noise went away... but, then they worked themselves loose and I just recently had it back in the shop. I had the manual clutch replacement work done and when they were doing that work, they noticed that the washers had completely fallen off the bolts and so the crossmember and the fuel tank skid were just loose enough to cause a noise when there was any stress on the frame.
