Tread Lightly Registration question

QQ guys, I am registering for the long overdue Tread Lightly discount (got my letter back in May) and can't figure out what to pick after I enter "company code" the second page gives two choices:

Program Participant
I'm an employee at an Affiliate Rewards participating company.

Program Coordinator
I'm my company's Affiliate Rewards ambassador

Which one are you guys picking? Does it even matter?

that one. you are a member of the affiliate but they don't differentiate between that an employee for the FCA website.
