Did a little driving today out to Truckhaven area near the Salton Sea. Nothing difficult at all just wanted to drive around sightseeing and get it into 4WD for a bit. Went around the 4WD "practice area", had never been there. There are a couple obstacles that would be fun in my XJ, but didn't try them in the JT. We went down the road a bit to Fonts point. It was about 4 miles of sandy washboard. Jeep ate it up. Then we went around Christmas Circle area in Borrego Springs and checked out some of the desert sculptures. Beautiful day and great to get the Jeep out finally.
That sliver of blue on the horizon is the Salton Sea
My wife is fearless sitting on a huge cliff edge. Drives me nuts!
