I have a Tyger Soft Roll Up Tonneau Cover that I removed when I put my RSI top on my JT. This is the made for the Colorado/Canyon and fits the JT just fine.
There is nothing wrong with this one. It has all the clamps and rails. It uses velcro to hold the sides down. Everything is there with it except you will have to purchase the weather seal for top of front bulk head. 1/2" wide x 1/2" thick x length of the bulk head.
