U connect issues

I purchased a new 2025 Jeep gladiator rubicon x.
My off road pages worked for about 3 days and then would no longer work..
I did the soft reset several times - did factory reset x2. Finally last time I got off road pages back and working..
but now other stuff missing - my adventure guides icon is gone. So is gos trail logs . And also the icon for going to apps to look for them or add..
I have called uconnect.. and all they will say is well even though you have free basic adventure guides you need to purchase upgrade - can not get here to understand that I don’t even have the app/icon
I actually subscribed to the all access trails off-road — would love to sync with my Jeep - and would love to have all my stuff back ..
Any ideas since connect person can not seem to help me..

It may take 4 or 5 days for the trails off road adventure guide app and the trails gps logging app to reappear after a full factory reset. Any other missing stuff should re-appear in a day or two. A soft reset AFTER the full reset may get most of your stuff back. Horrible design and Uconnect has no idea how to fix any of these types of issues. Beware that when they push Over The Air software system updates, you will go through all this BS again for a few days. Be glad you got your ORP back, some people on here have been without ORP for months since purchasing new.

Thanks for the info . Yeah I am discovering that it’s problematic at best. I am glad I got my ORP back..
But when they advertise - hey get upgraded trails off-road and will work right in the system - yeah right! Ugh!! And yep they seem to have no idea how to fix I am discovering..

It’s really frustrating that they don’t know how to fix their own bugs. And that the dealer is even more helpless.
