Hi guys and gals, just got my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon on June 30 and activated Sirius Guardian and everything seems to work except in Uconnect, mopar website and Jeep app it cannot get vehicle health report or vehicle data, I can lock, unlock, remote start, find location, send location to vehicle but it can not retrieve the data from the vehicle. On the uconnect screen under go activations it says activation is progress yet I have an email saying my subscription is active… I am completely lost here and Sirius says it is a display problem in the brand new Jeep, makes no sense as everything else works.. anyone have a clue on this one? Attached some photos and hope someone can help me, I have checked and all apps are up to date and software in Jeep is at latest version… this is messed up.
