Venator bumper

Hi all, quick question, has anyone installed a Venator front bumper on a Mojave and noticed the suspension feels way softer? I went over a speed bump yesterday and it felt like it hit hard when the front wheels went over at about 5 mph. I installed a Warn 12,000 lb winch on there too.
Is there any way of stiffening the suspension or anything that can be done to prevent that?
