Vibration rattle in 2nd gear

I started getting this vibration rattle sound last winter when I got my JT back from the body shop for a rear panel and talgate. The dealership said they couldn't here anything and neither did my own mechanic. I checked the control arm heat shield and exhaust heat shields and everything was fine. I'm starting to think it could be the inner fender liners. I was just at the car wash and I noticed that driver side inner fender liner was really flopping around when spraying it with the hose compared to the front passenger side inner fender liner. Then I noticed part of the driver side liner is caught and tucked into the coil isolator. Do you you guys think that's likely the issue and try to trim around that area? I don't know why it only happens in 2nd gear though. That's the real mystery
