Being new to the Jeep community I just have a couple questions about a new lift.

Current setup: overland trim w/ rubicon take off suspension and teraflex 1.5 inch leveling kit. 315/70 milestar Patagonia. I do moderate to easy trails as this is my daily driver as well. Looking to spend less than ~$1500

I am looking at the metalcloak 2.5” lift and need some suggestions.

https://metalcloak.com/jt-gladiator-leveling-lift-kits.html

1) would rear springs be worth it or any recommendations.
2) considering the falcon shocks as an upgrade over the rubicon fox or would the stock foxs do okay?
3) metalcloak states you need a new driveshaft, how soon would I start seeing damage/wear without upgrading it?
4) any other components I should consider adding?

thank you for the assistance!

bump ^^ I'm looking at the same kit. My truck is still new, so I'm planning on running the stock shocks with extenders for now and getting the driveshaft replaced first. I honestly can't find too much information about that particular lift in regards to the gladiator though. I really want to see if it's a true 2.5" lift or if its under/over-advertised.

Do you have rubicon take off shocks or no? What driveshaft are you going with?

Nope, just the stock 80th shocks with extenders until I can replace them with longer shocks. I'm planning on the metal cloak front driveshaft that can be bundled with the build on their website.
