VON not yet received after two weeks?

So I gave my build to my local dealer, McClarty Daniel Jeep in Bentonville, the day after the diesel gladiators became orderable, I have YET to receive a VON.

Is this a problem? Should I be concerned, sales person said I will get my VON and VIN at thesame time?

and I can’t get them to respond to emails....

You should have a VON when the order is placed and if the system accepts the order (no errors) it will assign a VIN. You should of received a signed price worksheet with the agreed options and price when you ordered. Once the VIN is assigned, I'd say no more than 5 days from then, you should get a POC with all info, VIN, VON and order status. If it has been longer than that go in and ask the sales manager for it. Sometimes they will hold orders to meet quotas. Push them for the POC.
