Greetings all! We just ordered a new 2021 Overland for my wife as her "daily driver" on 5/10. As of today I have heard nothing about an order number or VIN. Called the dealer last week and he said he has heard nothing. Is this normal?

I ordered a JLU 80th back in April. Had the VIN within 3 days and it was built and delivered to the dealer in 17

Our new JLU was ordered, built, and delivered within 17 days. End of April to beginning of May

Good info. Did Jeep actually build it on order? Or find it at another dealership?

It was ordered for us.

Heard from dealer today. Got the VIN. It's in "E" status and is estimated to be at the dealership mid June......it was ordered on 5/10

I have had 2 different dealerships tell me there is an order freeze on 2021 models.
