Walmart Special $83 Kendas Wearing Out. More Deals Like It?

I was lucky enough to pick up a set of 5 Kenda Ats for $83 a piece from Walmart a few years back. Still have some life on them but I'm starting the search. who knows the way to get some sort of notification when a deal like that happens? Search is buggy

most of the follow up deals to those ended up being garbage.

Lots of people taking a shot at buying a cheap 315/70r17 AT only for what showed up at their house to be summer only 245/45r18s or other nonsense.

Like you, i took advantage of the Kenda special, but i kept an eye out for how many of the follow ups failed and it was pretty ridiculous. That's all excluding the fact that I haven't seen a tire blowout like those ones around these parts in quite a while.

I have 45k on my walmart special kendas, and while i still have notable tread left i figure i've got 15k~ miles left with them. My personal replacement plan is to wait until goodyear has a buy 3 get 1 free deal and stack that with my USAA 25% discount (i hope that's still a thing, they used to let you stack those)

Mine are getting long in the tooth too, I came across a set of take offs from a Rubicon with rims that I couldn't pass up. As noted in other post some hit and missing out on other tire deals. I did occasionally do some web surfing for deals on tires striking out.
