Hello to all, just a couple of items to watch for while you're under warranty. Rusting bolts at the hood cowl and water intrusion at the rear sliding window. Took my Overland to the dealer to address these items.

Let me know what they say about the bolts, as mine are getting rusty too. I may look into just getting some stainless to go there, but don't want the silver...

They have my Overland in the shop at this time, should be ready Friday. Got a loaner Wrangler till then. They said they would remove the bolts and paint (any rusted bolts) and then clear coat the cowl. We'll see.
Stainless steel does seemed like a good option. Just remember if you do replace them, use Loctite when reinstalling.

Just a little update, got the Overland back and the painted bolts, look good. They did not have to clear coat the cowl where I saw rust . It was just cleaned . They determined that the frame for the rear sliding window was cracked. It's on order to be installed soon.
