Weird noise driver door area

Have had a noise the past couple weeks coming from the rear of the drivers door or front of the rear door. Best I can describe the sound as if a small piece of paper is stuck out the door and flapping in the wind. Its not completely constant but can hear it over 20 mph, doesnt change sound with different speeds. Just dont see anything outside that could cause it, just looking for ideas before I rip the doors apart. 2022 Rubicon
