Well still no response, checked and in fact the color I ordered has been removed from the website. I will treat with 303 and hope they at least last a few years. Personally I can no longer recommend prp seat covers. They were more than eager to respond while ordering but when these front covers began losing finish after three or four months, they totally ignore you.

That stinks they aren't responding. They could just be super busy because od holiday buying. I know that's no excuse for crappy customer service.

Post a pic of the affected area.

I was hoping they were just busy but it's been a good while. Yea I have to see if I can grab a good photo. In the sun with the natural eye the area of both front seats is loosing the shine layer and looks more like dull orang/band aid color now. The 303 did help to hide it some by restoring some gloss. The color is nuclear sunset so it has a sheen on it. I'll try to get it with the flash on later and see how it comes out.

Hey, Kilroy. Jason here with PRP. Not sure why you're not getting a response. Looks like we're caught up on our inbox. There may be a filtering issue with Zendesk. We've had a lot of issues with that lately. You can DM me here and I'll give you my direct email address so we can put you in touch with customer service directly.

Well, they told me this is very common and that there really is no way to prevent it. I am let down to be honest. I guess this is why they no longer offer this color. I wish I had known this while I was ordering and being told how tough these covers were. If they make it 4 to 5 years I guess I will replace with something more durable and cheaper in the future.

Well, mine have been great so far. Dogs have been with me a ton and not rips, tears, or punctures so far.

Hey jason,

I talked to someone over the phone the otherday about seat covers for a mojave and they seemed like they werent 100% sure if you guys were going to make them for the 392 and mojave so was told it doesnt look like it. If thats the case and wish i had asked this on the phone but is therethat much difference between the rubicon seats that i cant use a set from a rubicon? Or maybe if me and a buch of others ask enough times would you consider it?

I don't think that the Mojave seats are any different. I was just going to order some but just making sure that for the back seat it doesn't have the fold down arm rest.

Mojave seats ARE different.

They have more aggressive bolstering. I don’t know that it makes any difference on the seat covers but I would imagine it does. There’s simply more material in the seats so the seat covers would have to be cut different I would imagine.

Yep your right they are different in the bolsters, but i belive thats it so like you said ive been wondering if a cover for a rubicon would work on the mojave seats. The rears are the same on all models besides stiching colors. I have to look at my inlaws rubicon and compare them to see how drastic it is.
