Apparently Katzkin doesn't.

Is there a company that actually makes seat covers and doesn't have china make them for them?

My problem iss all these supposed custom seat covers companies only have X fabrics and no actual option for customization meaning there sweatshops are elsewhere and limited in fabrics.

If they were a true custom manufacturer they would do anything to make money.

What I want is very custom but dirt cheap as heck. I want black seat covers with inserts made of repurposed military bdu uniforms from a surplus shop.

You might need to try a local upholstery shop. Should be doable

Those are some pretty broad assumptions.
