Wiring roof lights without pillar brackets to hide wires??

So I'm installing a Rhino rack on my Gladiator roof. I purchased a set of rails to set it further towards the rear of the roof. Problem is where do I run the wires down to get to my engine bay? Looking like I'd have to drill through my roof which I was hoping to avoid.. Any Suggestions out there?

I would also try to avoid drilling in the roof... but if I had to, could be a great place to use one of these.
