Not sure if anyone has tried.but I bought a 7" from a wrangler and installed it in my gladiator that has the 5". Everything works except I need to get a XM antenna for it and the backup camera is off to the left and you cant zoom in on the hitch. Tried to find the software file for a gladiator to load on it but didn't find anything.
Also, used the OBD Jscan app and gateway cable to activate the dual zone climate. To test it before buying the control stack for it. Basically disables the knobs and you can control it through the touch screen. Contacted the app developer to have them add it in. FYI if you want to save a few hundo over the tazer.
