    Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

I want to buy an OEM Front Steel bumper with lights & skid plate. I live in North Alabama, but have road trips planned for Washington D.C. and South Carolina in the near future.
I can also work something out around I-95, between West Palm Beach and Georgia, but it will be a close friend picking it up instead of me.
