That might be a tough find, but I see why you like it. It’s an awesome wheel! If you dont have any luck on a used one, here‘s a link to a new one, though you may well be able to find it elsewhere for less. I just googled it. Not cheap but these fancy wheels usually aren’t. I paid $500 for an IROC-Z wheel like 30 years ago haha, so this one doesn’t really seem so bad...

What's the difference between a regular wheel and the Mojave one? Just the orange stitching, or is there more to it?

It’s notably thicker and more contoured. My son has a ‘21 JLUR and there’s a big difference between the feel of the two. I much prefer my Mojave wheel, so does my son.

The Mojave steering wheel is nearly the best thing about the Mojave package. It feels so good.
