They are all over Facebook Marketplace where I live in NC. I just bought a set of new take-offs local to me that had been for sale for a year.
Edit- what I bought doesn’t have a step like the ones pictured. Sorry.

Unfortunately none I can find in the Bay Area Facebook marketplace. Plenty of regular rubicon rock sliders, but no Mopar performance rock rails unfortunately.
