From what I've seen, BAMwholesaleparts has the best prices around on them new. Even cheaper than I've seen some selling for on the used market. Personally though, once funds allow, I'll be going with the builtright industries setup. Not only is it cheaper but, supposedly, it's identical as far as mounting and accepts all accessories that the stock rails do, and is better quality. They also have their own additional molle system that bolts to their rails that looks interesting. That's not intended as an advertisement or endorsement, just my personal thoughts based off of my research. Check them out if you're open to other options.
