Hey guys,, please excuse my ignorance on this. I have a 2022 ecodiesel High Altitude and am trying to figure out how best to go about a few mods.

1. I have every intention of installing a 3.5" Tera Flex lift with a front Drop Bracket kit. This is going to take a few months of work to save up to pay for it though.
2. I am in northern BC and winter is coming very soon... I have to get proper winter tires and this is going to have to happen before the lift can go on.
3. I am currently running 35" Firestone Destination M/T and have room to spare with no rubbing.

I know the 20" rims suck a bag of dicks, 17x9 with a 1" offset are in my future plans. but finances are limited to doing this one step at a time. My question is if I can safely run 37" tires on 20" rims with a stock suspension for a few months until I can get the lift installed?
This is the package I am going for...

Thank you in advance for the advice and wisdom... I am not a complete idiot, just new to this racket and do not want to make any boneheaded mistakes that could arse up my beautiful truck.

Edit: Thank you for all the advice guys, I sincerely appreciate it. The verdict - I am going to go ahead with the 3.5" lift first. The 35" Firestone Destinations should get me through the winter just fine and won't look too out of place with the lift. If I forgo silly little addictions like food and rent I should be able to afford the rims and tires sooner rather than later. Sooooo fucking expensive!!!!! I love Jeep Life!

So, yes you can try and shove them under there, but they WILL rub the fenders on bumps, there's a chance they'll rub on the front bumper frame-rail, here's a pic I've borrowed from @Necro from this post. These are on wheels that look like a -12 offset, the +1 is going to have them closer to the frame of the truck.

My 37's would JUST barely touch the Mopar skid plate at full lock on mine, had to throw a washer on the steering bump stop to limit the travel. 2020 Sport, +1 offset.

You're definitely going to need a regear on both differentials from the research I've done. I have the equivalent jeep with the gas engine and 3.73 gears. I'm moving to 5.33 myself for 38" tires.

As far as "fit", it's gonna be close

If you're already running 35s I'd stick with those. 37s will most likely rub and you will not have much clearance before you are in the fenders. Do it right one time, it will cost less in the end.

I have a set of Fuel Ammo's in 17x9, +1 offset, paired with Yokohama Geolanders 37x12.5x17. I'm on the regular sport axles with 1 inch wider than stock Rugged Ridge Max Terrain flares for better tire coverage and clearance. This is with a 2.5 inch lift.

I’d stick with 35s till you have money saved up for a lift and re-gear. Assuming you have a 3.6l.

After all the advice, this is definitely the plan. The 35" Firestone Destination I have on now should get me through the winter in decent shape and won't look too bad with the 3.5" lift.

Looks fantastic. Pretty much my build too. Narrow axles with 2.5 lift and 0 offset wheels on 37s. With rubi fenders.
I love the big tires that don’t stick out much look. Wha front bumper is that? And how do you like the fender flares? Are they both front and rear flares?

Thanks, the bumper is the Poison Spyder Bruiser, came with the truck and I like it alot. As for the flares, they've been finicky but overall I'm very happy with them, they were a full set of front and rear fenders, with a set of rear liners thrown in as well, for $650, which I can't complain at all about. I wrote about them here if you want more details.

@Interwedder, it sounds like you have a solid plan in place. Keeping your food addiction is important in my opinion.

Using your existing tires through he winter should help you save up for the tires you want.
