Hey guys,, please excuse my ignorance on this. I have a 2022 ecodiesel High Altitude and am trying to figure out how best to go about a few mods.
1. I have every intention of installing a 3.5" Tera Flex lift with a front Drop Bracket kit. This is going to take a few months of work to save up to pay for it though.
2. I am in northern BC and winter is coming very soon... I have to get proper winter tires and this is going to have to happen before the lift can go on.
3. I am currently running 35" Firestone Destination M/T and have room to spare with no rubbing.
I know the 20" rims suck a bag of dicks, 17x9 with a 1" offset are in my future plans. but finances are limited to doing this one step at a time. My question is if I can safely run 37" tires on 20" rims with a stock suspension for a few months until I can get the lift installed?
This is the package I am going for...
Thank you in advance for the advice and wisdom... I am not a complete idiot, just new to this racket and do not want to make any boneheaded mistakes that could arse up my beautiful truck.
Edit: Thank you for all the advice guys, I sincerely appreciate it. The verdict - I am going to go ahead with the 3.5" lift first. The 35" Firestone Destinations should get me through the winter just fine and won't look too out of place with the lift. If I forgo silly little addictions like food and rent I should be able to afford the rims and tires sooner rather than later. Sooooo fucking expensive!!!!! I love Jeep Life!
