Well I guess between two surgeries and physical therapy, my shoulders are healthier than they've been at any other point in the last decade. I should probably try to finally get to 20 pull ups, been the goal for years now but we may just have a shot at it.

i was tempted to try this pass and on my way to finally do it ... but a few minut before reaching the non return point a spark of lucidity cross my mind... maybe doint that with a rental wont make Alamo super happy ... so i renounced
