Ultimate Overlanding/Camping/Exploring Trip! Don't think you're ready for this!

So, while traveling and camping, made a stop in LA to go fishing. Met this guy and his family camping in a military vehicle. He's from France so there was a language issue. But, he told me that he had his vehicle shipped from France to Canada. He's driven down the east coast, through the US, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, back up through Mexico, and now back in the US continuing his travels north.

Really nice guy! Great attitude. I managed to get a short video with him. Then I managed to find him on Facebook. Turns out this guy's ultimate overlanding trip started August 2022. That's when he shipped his vehicle to Halifax, Canada and he's been traveling since. I think he's in Mississippi right now. His adventures have been priceless!

So, if any of ya'll out there are looking for the Ultimate Overlanding/Camping/Exploring Trip and you have about a year to spare, maybe you can follow in this family's footsteps and do what they're doing.

Awesome! I love those vehicles but they’re so big I couldn’t go a lot of places I like to go.

Yes. I agree the size is very limiting. Unlike our Gladiators. But, I wouldn't mind having one as a second vehicle to have some fun with.

It is 4. It's him, his wife, and two daughters. Yep. A lot more room than our JTs. Definitely a lot more room than a RTT. ?
