I bent one of my oem rear sway bar links and bent it back. Decided it was a matter of time till I actually break it. Decided to order the rockjock anti rock rear swaybar. The install is pretty basic, just watch a few videos and you will be fine. The hardest part was getting the rod brackets into place. They are a very tight fit. The over all kit is very well made, awesome quality. I have a RSI adventure top with the decked drawer system. I talked to rockjock and with the weight I have all the time, they suggested the HD version to retain good road manners. They were spot on and no signs of too stiff on the road. It is a touch stiffer than stock, but it almost seems more smooth on the body roll vs bouncy.

After install the kit I jacked up the rear of my jeep to adjust the links, but I could not get the wheels off the round all the way I ran out of jack. I will be doing gears soon at my buddies shop so I'll mess with it then.

I ordered new shocks awhile ago, I am sitting on a 4.5in lift so instead of getting shocks 2-4in lift I got the 4-6in lift shocks. The oem sway bar kept it from going full droop and with the rockjock my springs now leave the seats lol. I will have to order spring retainers vs limiting straps.

Time will tell once I hit some trails, but with the extra droop and road manners I am very happy. I will report back once I get on some trails. It definitely cleans up the rear axle and doesn't look like an after thought.

Antirocks are awesome! So many people do the front but skip on the rear
Try putting your jack under the axle to get that tire in the air

I have a rubi, lot of reports of doing the rear Rock jock made it horrible with stock front. I think the HD set up helped a lot, drive like it did. I did the rear because it was a matter of time before I ripped the stock one off.

I was going to use the forklift but the wife told me to get home lol. Once it's adjusted and spring retainers are in I will for sure.

I'm a little shocked you need spring retainers. Has anyone else had to do that with this system? I thought it wasn't an issue.

My shock have too much down travel. I went with 4-6in lift shocks not 2-4.

Ooo I missed that sentence then, that makes sense

How much weight do you have on your JT? Just curious what kind of weights you're dealing with to have such good performance. I have considered it too but pretty sure I'm too heavy for good road manners with that bar.

I have about 550lbs extra. I still need to go across the scale to get my weight. Still need to bolt belly skids on and then I'll know. Rock jock made a HD antirock compared to the original. It was made for people with a bunch of extra weight. I emailed them and said my approx extra weight and they said would be good.

I did front and rear at the same time when I upgraded my axles but I could see why it would drive poorly with only the rear antirock.

Yep I have rsi adventure cap and decked drawer system with all off road gear. I have 5.38 going in soon, rcv front and chromoly rears. Going to truss front and rear as well. Eventually will go 60s but it will be awhile. Wife wants a travel trailer first lol.

damn, with the cost to do gears, trusses, rcv and chromoly shafts you aren’t that far from buying 60s if you factor in the price you can sell your 44 for.

what size tire do you run and what size/weight trailer do you plan on getting?

I'll do all the work myself besides setting gears which my buddy will do. All upgrade I'll be $4k so pretty decent. I am running 38s and don't plan on going bigger. We will end up with a 30ft trailer, I have a 22' Ram 3500 deisel though.

ahh I see! That makes a huge difference. Most people don’t do their own gears or truss which is a ton of labor.
You’re about to have an awesome setup with all your options

Yeah I think it's the only what if your in the off road hobby lol. Labor is way too much these days. I been raised around cars and trucks my whole life and work construction. Garage full of tools and know how. If I don't know how I learn.
