I put a set of Oracle Ovulus bi-led switchback headlight replacement in my 2023 Mojave and they haven’t work properly since. Their so called tech support who it seems like reads from prompts to answer questions about your problem and say can I call you back and you never hear back from them (good customer service). Them when I have called and tried 4 different times to get this worked out I finally talked to a lady who sent me a can bus that will fix the issues I was having instead created more issues and now want me to send more videos of the issues. Won’t buy their products anymore.

I'm sorry that you are having issues. I'm not sure who you were speaking to before, but if you want to PM me your information, I can have someone help you. Sending in videos is common for this to troubleshoot and help out.
