Ok, so here is what I have found for anyone else needing this information.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal from main battery and the auxiliary battery which is located behind the passenger side fender wheel well cover. There are three bolts holding it into place and it will drop down.

Note: Pulling fuse #42 did not cut off the AUX battery from the electrical system as others suggested online.

Video 1 Input: Reverse Camera
Purple/White+ PAC to Main Harness Adapter Purple

Video 2 Input: Left (Driver) Camera
Gray+ (PAC) to BCM White / Light Green+ (Pin 14) LF White 24 Pin Plug "D" (Upper Right)
Note: There is also a white / dark green wire.

Removal:
Instead of pulling the plug out I just lightly cut into the wire wrap to expose the wires and then I used a Posi-Tap from Amazon.

Video 3 Input: Right (Passenger) Camera
Green+ (PAC) to BCM White/Tan+ (Pin 13) RF Black 24 Pin Plug "A" (Upper Left)

Removal:
You have to press on the top of the gray latch before you can unlock the plug and
pull it out.

I didn't fully seat this cable back in and when I switched to accessory all my warnings lights were on and obviously the vehicle wouldn't start. I disconnected the negative battery cables, checked Plug A which had not locked into place, after reseating, locking and giving it a little tug to ensure it was in place, everything was fine... thank God. :)

Great write up. However you don’t need to do this with the Stinger Horizon units. The camera settings allow you to select a trigger and to name what the camera is so you can literally say left and right turn the trigger function on and it will automatically activate. There’s no way to test it unless you’re actually moving with the Jeep just so that you know that. It won’t trigger it if you’re parked on the driveway you have to be moving

LOL - the others suggesting things online are ones you should never listen to. They have no clue.
pulling that fuse ONLY prevents the PCR from opening when the starter engages for a battery check. Nothing more or else. It has no effect on anything, really.

You can disconnect the aux battery without even moving your hands away from the main battery.
Pull the ground cables off the top of the IBS, then take the ground cables apart from each other and don't let them touch ground. Now both batteries are disconnected! All without moving you or your hands away from that main battery negative terminal.
